In the event that the goods you receive are faulty or damaged, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will gladly organise a replacement for you. Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return postage, but we suggest retaining proof of postage in case the return is not received by us. (Return postage for faulty items will be reimbursed).
